I'm an ex stone mason and paving contractor who spent years adapting to a Primal way of living in order to have the strength, endurance and ability to recover to carry out a physically brutal job. With renewed energy I completed a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Nutrition and Biochemistry. This allows me to incorporate Ancestral Health and Evidence Based Health Coaching synergistically in my practice.
