After struggling with chronic health issues, food sensitivities, and nutrient deficiencies, I turned to holistic medicine when conventional treatments weren't effective. I discovered that these issues were impacting my reproductive health. As women, our health concerns are often dismissed, and I want to support those who feel let down by the system. While our healthcare system is exceptional in many respects, it lacks adequate support for women in terms of nutrition. That's where I come in!

I provide coaching for women who also consult with their healthcare providers, ensuring open communication and comprehensive support. Drawing from my experience as a Birth Doula, I've seen that women with a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition tend to have better pregnancy and birth experiences. I aim to help women prepare for this life-changing experience by providing the necessary support and guidance.
