I am a Wellness Coach who takes a "health first" approach to living. I believe "body composition is a symptom of health - health is a result of lifestyle". In addition to Primal Health, I hold certifications for NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Master Coach, StrongFirst SFG1, VKNJA Mace, USA Weight Lifting Sports Performance, Original Strength L1, Functional Movement Screen.

I have personally experienced a spectrum of nutritional, fitness, and lifestyle changes. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2001 and know what it is like to recover and require special nutrition. I competed in bodybuilding during 2013 in a Master's Class and placed third in my first event. I was sponsored by a national supplement company during that time. I spent many years in business and am familiar with the lifestyle challenges as I have experienced them myself. I am a veteran.
