I am a fitness enthusiast and extremely passionate for nutrition and health. I am a Pathologists' Assistant (PA, ASCP) and witness disease and cancer diagnoses daily. It's such a strong reminder of the importance of nutrition, exercise and stress management on our overall well-being. It is my goal to prevent as much disease as I can, by helping many others in their pursuit of health. The Primal Health approach will change many lives. I want to be a part of that.
