I have been there. Chronically sick with Crohn's disease, unable to travel or live a quality life, obese, and at the end of my tether. Conventional medicine couldn't help me. A complete lifestyle change got me well again, medication-free and I lost 36 kilos. Now, at 55, I am fitter, healthier and stronger than I was at 25. I train in Muay Thai 5 or 6 times a week and enjoy freedom of movement I haven't known since I was a teenager. I have spoken at events all over Australia with people like Pete Evans, Cyndi O'Meara, Damon Gameau, Therese Kerr, Helen Padarin, Dr Aseem Malhotra and Christine Cronau.

I have worked shifts for over thirty years in a dynamic, stressful environment and know the impact this can have on long term health and I have strategies to deal with it. I'm a husband, father to two now grown-up amazing kids and totally get what it's like to try and get on top of health in a busy family. I'd love to help. PHC
