When our daughter was diagnosed with IBD and did not tolerate medication, we pursued alternative treatments and lifestyle as medicine. After seven years of remission, I decided to "pay it forward" and become a certified health coach to help others who suffer from chronic conditions make the long-term changes needed to restore their health.
