I'm a published author, a certified ISSA Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, and Health Coach. My areas of specialty include: gut health, burnout recovery, and body recomposition.

For 2.5 years, I have worked at Hacienda Del Sol Wellness Center in Costa Rica as the Head Health Coach. During my time at Hacienda Del Sol I have: worked 1:1 with clients, hired and trained assistant coaches, and led the Sustainable Weight Loss Retreat, as well as helped design and implement the Burnout Recovery Retreat.
