My name is Katie and I live in a teensy Alaskan town, in a cabin on a hill. I became a health coach because I feel absolutely amazing (after decades of feeling -meh-) and I want to share what I’ve learned. For me, the road to incredible involved making changes to my food, movement, sleep, stress levels, and mindset. At 42 years old I feel that I woke up and uncovered my glow.
