Hey, I’m Kayla!

I have been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS and fibromyalgia. However, the conditions I have been diagnosed with over the years do not define me. I am determined to give myself, and others, the best chance possible in achieving a symptom free, healthy and fulfilling life. I have managed to recover from chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety, reduce chronic pain and so many other symptoms. I am thankful to have been through these health challenges, becasue now I can take what I’ve learned and hopefully save some people from the same suffering.
I work with teenagers and young adults who are struggling to manage their chronic/ invisible illness symptoms. I support them take back control of their health and life and achieve their goals. I also work with parents of children with a chronic condition, such as EDS. I support parents in giving their children the right tools they need to develop into healthy, capable and independent adults. Certified Primal Health Coach and Certified Professional Life Coach
