I'm a pilot instructor turned health coach. My own health journey and (finally!) being diagnosed with CIRS last year has made me extremely passionate about helping guide others through their health journey. Most CIRS patients have jumped from doctor to doctor and many have been told "it's all in your head." Finally being diagnosed and on the path to healing can be very exciting, but extremely overwhelming. That's where I come in. I will help those suffering from CIRS through the healing process step-by-step.
