After studying business at university (which was not my true calling or passion), I worked in the private superyacht industry for almost 8 years. In the process, although I experienced some fun and exciting moments, I lost my bubbly nature and became unhealthy and lost along the way. I decided to turn my life around and today I am a certified holistic health and happiness coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as well as a primal health coach through Mark Sisson's amazing certification program. My interest lies in paleo/primal living and working with women around the globe to find balance and harmony in all aspects of their lives so that they may wake up feeling radiant, vibrant and glowing from the inside and out. I was born in England but come from Syrian parentage and have lived in England, Saudi Arabia, Canada and France. I have travelled to many parts of the world and hope to continue doing this not just to experience culture but now also to spread the message of health and happiness to as many as possible. My daily mantra is to be inspired by others and to inspire others.
