I am extremely passion about health and wellness and optimizing genetic potential. I graduated with a BS from UCLA and begin my obsession with health after losing my mother to cancer. Additionally, I was diagnosed with various autoimmune diseases in my 20s which I learned how to help manage through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
