Hi, I’m Meghann! I’m a recovering fitness and food addict, and a TBI survivor. I’m a mother, a health and lifestyle coach and a certified personal trainer. I’m a certified firefighter, advanced Emergency Medical Technician, and a licensed aesthetician.

Through my journey of disordered eating, the struggles of anxiety, OCD, and depression, and overcoming the only available treatment method presented to me at the time- prescribed medications- I was able to heal and transform my life with the Ketogenic Lifestyle.

Getting through the challenges associated with psychiatric drug withdrawal and being set free from Big Pharma has been one of my greatest blessings and accomplishments. I am a firm believer we have the ability to heal ourselves through food, wellness, and lifestyle changes.

Through this experience I came to realize my life's mission is to help others who may suffer with similar afflictions.

My deepest pains, struggles and hardships have become my driving force to overcome the challenges life has thrown at me and I hope to empower others to do the same.
