When I was a kid I was overweight and not into sports. As I got older, I developed an interest in nutrition and fitness which lead to a job in the food industry. While working on processed food, I gained and lost weight several times. I realized that I still was more interested in nutrition, fitness and well-being.
I want to help you be your best self and live up to the awesome potential that is inside you. I can help you lose weight, gain more energy and feel better about yourself.
