Ray Messina

My experience as a health coach is a cumulation of fifteen years in the health care industry as a radiologic technologist, ten of which were spent at the number one cancer hospital in the world Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. A twenty year background in martial arts and fitness, taught me how the body moves and how to strengthen it in a functional and progressive manner.

My obsession for healthy eating and strengthening the body came together in the Primal Blueprint Health Coaching Institute. The PHCI helped me round out my vocation as a health coach and has provided me with gave me the cutting edge knowledge and tools to pay it forward and help others.

I consider health coaching to be an art and science. How I meet each client where they are and apply the science individually is where the art of an experienced coach comes into play. This is also where the challenge and joy of what I do comes to fruition. I believe in developing an ongoing relationship with each of my clients so that I can meet their individual goals one on one.
