I really like good food. I really really like good books. But what I love is Mother Nature and Human Beings. My husband likes to refer to me as a "hippie". Mostly when talking about my tree hugging, homemade concoctions, and food choices. I prefer the terms primal-which is defined as essential; fundamental. And centered-which is defined as (of a person) well balanced, confident and serene. That is what I strive for anyway, to be primal and centered.
