I found the Primal Blueprint in 2011 after I found a picture of myself and I did not like what I saw. I needed to find something. I have a biological sciences background and everything in the book made perfect sense. I changed my diet and over 6 years later I am in the best shape of my life and became a Primal Health Coach. I mainly wanted to be able to share more effectively my path to success.
