Nueva Rama Wellness Hey there! My name is Ali, but I go by Al. I specialize in working with women struggling with things like autoimmune disease, to PCOS and Endometriosis. My entire practice is built around using the menstrual cycle as a vital sign, and learning to live WITHIN it. I'm a California Native, but have lived in Costa Rica for 3 years, where I run a virtual practice. I too am an Endo girlie, and IVF warrior.
