Healthy on Purpose Wellness The evolving world of Health and Wellness has led me to be in the industry for over 23 years. Serving all, from elite Athletes to busy parents and everyone in between. I truly love working with all types of people and their goals. I am passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies while giving them a new approach to health. Supporting the body’s individual needs through movement, stress management, lifestyle and diet changes while focusing on a food first approach and sourcing quality ingredients including supplements when needed is my approach to bring optimal health to individuals and families. I also have a partnership working with a sports program targeted to our Tribal Communities called Home Plates. We educate young athletes and their families how to adjust diets, sleep and movement to enhance not only performance but the goal of a healthier family and community all around.
