Alexis Mann

RCST® Alexis Mann (she/her) is a biodynamic craniosacral practitioner based in New York's Hudson Valley. A former corporate executive who first connected with the work as a client, Alexis completed her practitioner training and transitioned into the holistic wellness space because of her experience with the deeply transformative nature of the work. Alexis is a trauma-informed practitioner who has had the privilege of receiving teachings directly from Franklyn Sills, Roger Gilchrist, Michael Sills, Clara Favale and Shannon Dailey of Stillpoint CST, Etienne Peirsman, Scott Zamurut, and Susan Lange.
