RCST®, SEP® BSc Bríd has had a deep interest in holistic modalities as well as complementary medicine over a 20-year span, this has helped shape her into the craniosacral therapist she is today. My private practice is at The Holistic Healing Center in Ventura, California.​ I also share my time working at addiction and mental health recovery centers as well as assisting with Craniosacral Practitioner Trainings for Body Intelligence. Bríd integrates Somatic Experiencing® techniques routinely into her sessions which help to provide a rich framework for understanding and addressing trauma in one’s nervous system.
