RCST®, LMT I provide a very nurturing experience that helps my clients to move out of states of fight or flight, and find a place of calm; from this space my clients can feel the health and intelligence in their body. While I work with whatever is presented, I have a great deal of experience with Neck and Jaw, Intra Oral work, Concussions, and am also trained in Pre and Peri-Natal work that can help to release shock and trauma from the body. I love helping my clients to understand that their body isn't broken, it's just asking to be listened to on a deeper level!
