RCST®, MSc, RYT After being taught energy work by an African Traditional Healer at age 10, Christina went on to study, and then work globally, as an Earth Scientist for 25 years. After a cancer scare in 1999 she refocused her scientific research skills to why we get ill and how we can heal ourselves, using Ayurveda and training in Reiki, Healing Touch, Holistic Massage, Palliative Massage, Kripalu Yoga, Birth Doula and Hospice work. In 2016 she certified as an RCST.
