With a degree in Biology, a BCST certification from Body Intelligence and a passion for holistic health, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. I am also a NASM certified personal trainer and fascial fitness specialist so I strive to integrate my understanding of movement and anatomy with the wisdom of the body.
