RCST®, B.A, B.Ed As a retired professional dancer drawn to releasing compression within the body, Elaine became a devoted student of somatic release work designed to maximize expression through minimal effort. Her interest in evidence-based practice is growing as Elaine is eager to make correlations between the latest discoveries in science and medicine on order to better explain and rationalize the effectiveness of BCST. Today, as a BCST practitioner, her Purpose is to reconnect individuals with their Original Blueprint of Health.
