Heather Telford

RCST-Certified by BCTA/NA Heather Telford (RCST® 2017 Sweden and Vancouver, B.C.) Before becoming certified through Body Intelligence, Heather was a professional dancer for 23 years.“Movement has always come natural to me, but finding stillness and grounding is what this work has given me.” Since 2007 she has taught yoga with a focus on therapeutic approaches to Parkinson’s and other neuromuscular conditions.“ The more I learn, the more fascinated I become in discovering different ways of this deep work.” Since graduating BI, she has completed advanced trainings (CE) with Jane Shaw, Sheila Kean and Katherine Ukleja.
