RCST Jen believes in honoring the body’s natural healing wisdom. She is the owner of Studio Soma in Durango, CO where she offers Gyrotonic exercise as well as Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy. The melding of the two techniques offers her a way to treat the whole body on multiple levels. Jen discovered BCST with John and Anna Chitty at the Colorado School for Energy Studies, and continues to seek out the mysteries of this healing work.
