Lucie Mitchell

RCST® Lucie has a foundation in health and fitness, she has taught Yoga and Meditation for over 25 years all over the world. In 2008 she became a registered BCST. Her practice is in NYC and in the Berkshires MA.Having knowledge of form and function of our physical body combined with the spirit and peace found in meditation has deepened and continues to deepen Lucie’s BCST practice.Lucie was a board member for the Biodynamic Craniosacral association for a term of three years. She is also an approved teacher of the association since 2021.
