Michelle Quigley

RCST®, LMT, CPT Michelle is a Licensed Massage and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Master Myoskeletal Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sheng Zhen Meditation Teacher. She uses her knowledge to help people out of pain. Since starting her craniosacral practice in 2014 Michelle regularly attends post-grad workshops to deepen her skill levels and understanding. Her personal Sheng Zhen practice is the underlying support required to remain balanced and healthy in her care of others, and Michelle is passionate about teaching this self-healing practice to others.
