RCST®, RCC I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and an RCST. I believe that the most powerful healing happens with a holistic approach, in which we can be witnessed and witness ourselves in the fullness of our experience. In our sessions, we will tune into safety, sensations, and spaciousness.
My background in Philosophy, Vipassana meditation, Ashtanga yoga, Reiki and TCM have all informed my interdisciplinary approach to health. People who work with me often describe feeling lighter, more tuned into their feelings, and more energized by a sense of meaning in their lives.
