I currently offer Functional Integration for teen & young adults, adults and seniors. My experience is with refining movement expression for dancers, musicians, actors and athletes, addressing postural and balance issues with Seniors, working with people with various physical issues from scoliosis, frozen shoulder, chronic pain, repetitive movement injury, pre & post surgery, joint replacement re-education and more. I bring with me decades of my other studies in yoga, tai chi, chi gong, energy healing systems and the wisdom of the medicinal uses of essential oils, all informing the way I work. Kachina Abeita
