Rebecca Ann Behling

Becky is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and certified personal trainer. She has taught group fitness classes since 1987 and has worked with individuals of all ages, abilities, and conditions. She has developed and presented continuing education workshops on wellness and exercise to fitness professionals an.d the general public. She also teaches several Awareness Through Movement lessons each week, including a SilverSneakers chair class, both by Zoom and in person. Becky earned a BA in physical education, MS in physical education/athletic training, and has completed 42 post-graduate hours in kinesiology. She lives in Manhattan, KS, with her husband of 40+ years where she guides people in learning to move with efficiency, comfort, and easy elegance.
