I am exclusively a Myofascial Relief Therapist. I am also a trained and board certified traditional Doctor of Naturopathy, a Master Herbalist, and a Naturopathic Midwife. I am a 700 Hour certified Massage Therapist, from the Cayce/Reilly Massage School in Virginia Beach, VA. I also hold national certification in Therapeutic Cupping. I have 30 years of clinical experience and have treated a vast array of conditions and diseases. I believe that we posses an incredible ability to heal. By working WITH the body, as opposed to trying to strong-arm our way past restrictions or injuries, that we are able to effect true and lasting healing. My work focuses on the cause of these imbalances, not merely treating the symptoms. Having experienced MFRs profound effect on my body, I look forward to working with you as we work together towards your healing and wellness. I specialize in getting people out of pain, improving range of motion, and facilitating healing and repair of tissues in the body. Even chronic, long standing trauma anywhere within the body.
