ELITE Strength & Performance was founded in 2014 in order to provide comprehensive and cutting-edge physical therapy and wellness services to the community. Myofascial Release is an integral part of our treatment approach. Each client that comes to us receives a comprehensive evaluation from which we develop an individualized treatment plan. So whether you are a professional athlete or just enjoy taking your dog for an occasional walk, we will assess you and get to the source of your problem.
