It is my life's work to provide assistance to people in need in the form of my own unique brand of physical therapy care that incorporates gentle hands-on manual medicine techniques along with therapeutic exercise and Pilates. The work that I do draws from my own personal evolution through a commitment to lifelong study of anatomy and physiology, fascia, neurology, psychology, nutrition, skilled linear manual therapy methodology, alternative healing techniques including myofascial release & trigger point release, the practice of manual medicine in general, therapeutic exercise and Pilates, natural healing and mindfulness. I believe in connecting with each person in my care via one-to-one conversation, observation, skilled physical therapy evaluation and intuitive listening. I strive to create a foundation of trust and commitment to each person's healing process, and then build an evolving personal healing program based on their unique needs and response to physical therapy care. I have a profound respect for each person's individual journey, understanding that natural healing can take place when a person feels valued, with respect for their past traumas, fears, limiting beliefs and physical challenges. I believe in the human capacity to heal naturally, gratefully appreciating my role as a guide through the process.
