Welcome to My Time Wholistic Services. I am a NJ Licensed Massage Therapist, and am enthusiastic about meeting you, and helping to facilitate your healing goals. I began studying Myofascial Release under John F. Barnes in 1998, and continue to be involved with his courses and study groups today. In my opinion the body continues to learn, and healing is just that, " a learning process, an awakening". I have been educated in all of John's courses, and continue to repeat because there is always something that brings about more awareness. I have a home based studio office in Marlton, NJ which is private, peaceful, and located in a scenic and wooded area in the protected Pinelands of New Jersey, yet just minutes away from a major access route. In addition to being a MFR Practitioner, a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor.
