Lori is an expert-level John F. Barnes Myofascial Release therapist licensed as both a physical and massage therapist. She received her master's degree in physical therapy from Hahnemann University (now Drexel) and enjoys helping people resolve acute and chronic painful conditions, improve function, decrease stress, and return to optimal health. She has been studying exclusively in the John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach for the past several years, completing over 300 hours of training to date. She is also certified in Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, Medical Massage, and Jones Strain/Counterstrain and has taken courses in Medical Intuition. Lori is a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition and a 500-hour certified Kripalu Yoga instructor (the yoga of compassion.) She loves individualizing sessions to meet each client's unique needs.
