Our mission at Radiance MFR is to provide a safe and supportive environment for authentic healing to happen, to release physical and emotional trauma, and experience freedom from pain. Pain caused by injury, impact, surgery/scar tissue, repetitive motion, postural issues, emotional trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss all impact the fascia. Restrictions (solidified, dehydrated fascia) create pressure on nerves while restricting blood flow. This causes physical pain, limited range of motion, or inability to perform normal daily activities. The body experiences a stress response and becomes trapped in a fight, flight, or freeze pattern. This can show up as anxiety, depression, disrupted sleep, digestive issues, fatigue, a sense of overwhelm, or feelings of hopelessness. If you are experiencing chronic pain, Radiance MFR offers 60- and 120-minute sessions.
