I have been practicing John Barnes's Myofascial Release Approach for 4 years and have found it to be the most effective treatment method for improving speech, cognitive, voice, communication, and swallowing impairments. I am a Speech-Language Pathologist, Reiki Master, and Meditation Teacher, soon to be Licensed Massage Therapist. I love to teach clients how to treat themselves and their families at home as a way to accelerate progress, strengthen relationships, and increase mind-body awareness.
