Therapeutic Relief

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist specializing in John Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy, I founded Therapeutic Relief in 1999. I work with a variety of clients including those with chronic pain and neurological dysfunction. Collaborating with other practitioners including Pilates instructors, I have developed a unique approach of meeting the needs of my clients while incorporating the mind/body connection. It is my goal to teach my clients about body awareness while helping to guide them through their healing journey. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. I am certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) and have completed advanced training in Myofacial Release Therapy. I enjoy spending time outdoors enjoying nature. My hobbies include hiking, gardening, cooking and spending time with my husband and two daughters.
