Kathryn has been training under John F. Barnes since 2012, his approach to Myofascial Release changed her life. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2007 and Registered Yoga Teacher since 2018 and continues studies in mind/body connection and somatic therapies.



She has specialized in the authentic Barnes' approach since 2022, since the transformations that she sees with clients are beyond anything attained with massage therapy. Besides reducing pain, improving mobility, enhancing athletic performance, promoting physical and emotional wellness, she has helped clients with recovery after injuries and surgeries, even helped some avoid surgery. She is located in the west/central area of Las Vegas.
