Darren has 15 years experience exclusively using the John F Barnes Myofascial Release approach. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1998 and have had extensive training on how best to assist the mind/body in releasing what is no longer needed. I believe it is the safest and most helpful approach to healing, assisting the mind/body to find balance and alignment again, and allow an individual to get back to a pain free and active lifestyle.
