Akiko Watanabe

I am a certified TRE® Provider with a doctorate in psychology, and with a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. With a background as a psychologist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families facing cancer and other chronic illnesses.
Currently, I provide TRE® to women with history of trauma and others seeking to release tension, reduce stress, and regain balance in their lives. I am deeply inspired by the strength and resilience of my clients and dedicated to helping them heal and thrive.
I offer online and in-person sessions in and Japanese.
