Experimentar el temblor y formarme como TRE provider me ha enriquecido y ampliado mi capacidad para hacer mejor mi trabajo. Tengo amplia experiencia como psicóloga y psicoterapeuta gestalt y humanista, empleando TRE desde el 2015, como ayuda al proceso personal del paciente. También TRE de forma en individual o en grupo como medio de autorregulación y autocuidado; afrontamiento del estrés y/o resolución del trauma. Experiencing tremor and training as a TRE provider has enriched me and improved my ability to be in better personal condition to do my job better. I have extensive experience as a gestalt and humanist psychologist and psychotherapist, using TRE since 2015, to help the patient's personal process. Also TRE individually or in a group as a form of self-regulation and self-care; coping with stress and/or resolving trauma.
