I'm a dedicated Holistic Practitioner with over a decade of devoted study and practice in various healing techniques. My journey in holistic wellness has been an enriching 10-year exploration, allowing me to acquire a deep understanding of the body's innate capacity to heal.

I hold a 1000+hour yoga teacher certificate in Hatha Yoga & Tantra, and I am a Kundalini yoga practitioner. My passion lies in guiding group and individuals on a profound journey to reconnect with their bodies and energy, helping them heal past traumas, and rediscover happiness and safety in their lives.

In my practice, I draw upon a diverse toolkit that includes yoga, meditation, somatic work, as well as energetic approaches, family constellation therapy, and psychodrama. I firmly believe that every person possesses the inner strength to overcome fear and blockages when guided in the right direction. It is my passion to facilitate this transformative healing journey towards a life filled with happiness and fulfillment.
