Years of experience in canine behaviour, the stress impact for both client and dog gave me a down to earth, n verbal reality check of stress and trauma manifestation and expression.
Abundantly clear of the challenges that affect us all, human and animal. Including myself as stress and trauma kws bounds.
Finding TRE really supported my health which dogs had been showing me was available all the time.
Recognising this shared struggle has motivated me in making a positive impact in both the lives of individuals and their dogs, honing my skills and experience, continued study of various psychotherapeutic modalities on Stress / Trauma + Canine behaviour.

Taking a break from private practice some years ago to work in NHS acute mental health services for the last ten years.
w guided back to private practice to enable me once again to offer one to one sessions for clients in a comfortable professional and therapeutic environment.
