But life happens… we get caught up in the whirlwinds of living and feel stuck and overwhelmed. For a long time, I thought ease was something I had to earn. But what if it’s already within us? What if it’s always here, just waiting for a little space to reconnect?

For the first decade of my adult life, I was an actress, navigating the uncertainty of the TV and film industry. It was exhilarating, yet often overwhelming. I spent years feeling lost in my emotions, constantly seeking validation and safety outside myself.
A turning point led me to rediscover TRE, embrace yoga, and explore breathwork—practices that didn’t just distract me from anxiety but helped me move through it. These are the tools that make me feel lighter, clearer, and more at home within myself.

It’s freeing to realize ease isn’t something we chase—it’s something we allow. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and always at your pace.
