Fern Smith

I am a body worker with over two decades of experience in Craniosacral Therapy and Holistic Massage. My special areas of interest are in trauma, stress, pain relief and navigating major life transitions such as bereavement, relationship breakdown, and illness. My great passion is working with individuals and groups around issues of transformation and change in order to reach our true potential and potency as unique and creative human beings. I came to TRE through my interest in how the body learns, heals and grows after experiencing trauma and challenging life circumstances. I love the simplicity and effectiveness of TRE. I love the fact it can be taught one to one and in small and large groups. I find it a democratic and powerful therapeutic process that once learnt it can be safely practiced and integrated into anyone and everyone's life regardless of age or physical fitness. I also work as a celebrant, rites of passage guide and artist.
