Hayley Williams-Hindle

I am a coach (RD1st, Brain & Behaviour Change Practitioner), researcher and multi-media artist. My practice is focussed on supporting neuro-divergent people (1:5 of the population) to thrive with their unique nervous system. TRE, alongside coaching, is a powerful tool for managing the often related anxiety, and cPTSD that many Neuro-divergent people experience. TRE is useful too in gender identity process (more common amongst ND somas). My own shaking practice has sustained me for nearly 35 years and i'm humbled to offer this modality as a tool to others.
