Dear all,
From early adolescence, I have been drawn to bodily practices, whether in sports or more martial disciplines ((gradually transitioning over time from external to internal ones such as Tai Chi Quan, Qi Gong, or Yi Quan). The latter, primarily of Asian origin, allowed me to explore various spiritual and relaxation practices. They were complemented by a regular engagement with body techniques inspired by Françoise Mézières' osteopathic method, as well as training in sophrology and mindfulness.
This journey culminated in the discovery of Bioenergetic Analysis and the TRE method, providing a holistic integration of the body, emotions, psyche, and spirituality—both for fostering greater well-being and for more therapeutic support. Furthermore, I am a specialist in organizational identity dynamics (PhD PSL Paris Dauphine).
With over thirty years of experience guiding various audiences—including the general public, students, academics, and business professionals—I am delighted to share with as many people as possible an effective method such as the T.R.E. approach developed by David Berceli.
